Your Rights and Obligations

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "the Player", "you", or "your") and 2777pet (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of all services, products, and features made available through the 2777pet website at https://2777pet.net and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces.

By accessing the 2777pet platform in any capacity — including browsing the site without registration, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or contacting our support team — you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 2777pet platform.

2777pet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the registered email address associated with their account. Continued use of the platform following notification of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is the Player's responsibility to review the current version of these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 2777pet Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between the Player and 2777pet. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document published on the platform, these Terms shall take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on 2777pet, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. This is an absolute requirement. There are no exceptions.
• You must be a natural person (individual) acting on your own behalf. Corporate accounts, agency accounts, and representative accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement — whether initiated through 2777pet's own responsible gaming tools or through any recognised third-party self-exclusion programme — at the time of registration or during any active period on the platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incompetent by a court of competent jurisdiction are not eligible to use the platform.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, consultant, director, or officer of 2777pet or any of its affiliated companies, game studios, or payment partners, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must register only one account. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any bonus balances.

2777pet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during a player's account lifetime, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or in response to any account activity that triggers our internal compliance review processes. Acceptable identity documents include government-issued national ID cards, passports, and driving licences. Players who fail to provide satisfactory identity documentation within a reasonable timeframe may have their account temporarily restricted or permanently closed.

Age Verification Process

All withdrawal requests from newly registered accounts require age verification before funds are released. The verification process involves submitting a clear, legible copy of a government-issued photo ID showing your full name and date of birth. 2777pet's verification team operates on Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) and processes submitted documents within one business day in the majority of cases. Players are notified by email when verification is complete or when additional documentation is required.

Each eligible player may hold exactly one registered account on 2777pet. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You are legally obligated to ensure that all information provided during registration and throughout your account lifetime remains accurate and up to date. Any change to your registered details must be communicated to 2777pet via [email protected] within 14 days of the change occurring.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. 2777pet will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, telephone, or any other communication channel. Any communication claiming to be from 2777pet that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 2777pet immediately. Upon receiving such a report, 2777pet will temporarily freeze the account pending investigation. 2777pet accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where the player failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their login credentials or failed to report suspected unauthorised access in a timely manner.

One Account Per Player

Registering or operating more than one account — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or any other common identifier — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 2777pet will close all duplicate accounts, void any bonus balances associated with those accounts, and retain the right to withhold any withdrawals pending a full compliance review. Players who discover they have inadvertently created a duplicate account must contact [email protected] immediately to have the duplicate closed.

2777pet processes all player transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposits and withdrawals must be conducted exclusively through the payment channels supported by 2777pet at the time of the transaction. Currently supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The list of supported payment channels is subject to change; the most current list is displayed in the payments section of the 2777pet platform.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. The maximum deposit per transaction is determined by the limits of the selected payment channel.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the player's own legal name. Third-party deposits — deposits made from a payment account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are credited to the 2777pet player wallet immediately upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, the player should contact support with the transaction reference number.
• 2777pet does not charge transaction fees on deposits. However, your mobile financial service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own standard service charges.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the 2777pet player account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Age verification and identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed for the first time on a new account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one Bangladeshi banking business day.
• 2777pet reserves the right to request supporting documentation (proof of identity, proof of payment method ownership) before releasing a withdrawal where this is required by our internal compliance procedures.
• Withdrawal requests made during high-volume periods (e.g., during live BPL or IPL match days) may experience short processing delays. 2777pet will communicate any such delays proactively to affected players.

Chargebacks & Disputed Transactions

Any player who initiates a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or mobile financial service provider in relation to a 2777pet deposit — without first contacting 2777pet support to resolve the matter — will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation. If a chargeback is found to be fraudulent or in bad faith, 2777pet reserves the right to permanently close the account, void all balances, and recover the disputed amount through available legal channels.

All betting and gaming activity on 2777pet is conducted in accordance with the rules published on the platform at the time the bet or game session is initiated. By placing a bet or launching a casino game, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules for that market or game. In all cases, the rules of the relevant game studio or sports data provider shall apply to determine the outcome of any individual game round or betting event.

Cricket & Sports Betting

Cricket betting markets on 2777pet cover BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ODI series, test matches featuring the Bangladesh Tigers, Asia Cup, and other major international cricket events. Odds are presented in decimal format and quoted in BDT. The following general rules apply to all sportsbook activity:

• Bets are accepted up to the market closure time displayed on each event. Bets placed after market closure are void.
• In-play (live) betting markets operate on a best-efforts basis. 2777pet reserves the right to suspend any in-play market at any time due to technical issues, data feed interruptions, or match interruptions.
• Match abandonment rules vary by tournament. Where a match is abandoned without a result, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable tournament rules published on the platform.
• In the event of a proven error in the odds published for any market, 2777pet reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous price and settle at the corrected odds where commercially reasonable to do so.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or at any point during the account verification process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, macros, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the 2777pet platform in place of genuine human play.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer, or any other multiplayer game environment to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, display bugs, calculation errors, or any other technical fault in the platform or in any game to generate unintended credits or winnings. Any winnings obtained through known exploits are void.
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the 2777pet platform, reverse-engineer any part of the platform's software, or interfere with the platform's normal operation.

• Placing bets on fixed or manipulated sporting events, or communicating with any party involved in match-fixing in relation to markets offered on 2777pet.
• Using another player's account credentials, depositing funds into another player's account, or requesting that another person operate your account on your behalf.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing conduct toward 2777pet support staff or other players via any communication channel.

2777pet cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and sporting integrity bodies, including but not limited to the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) and the ICC Anti-Corruption Unit, in the investigation of any suspected match-fixing or fraudulent activity involving 2777pet betting markets. Player account data and transaction records may be shared with the relevant authorities as required by law or by the applicable rules of the relevant sporting body.

2777pet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been used in breach of these Terms, that the account holder has provided false information, or that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.

Player-Initiated Account Closure

Any player may request the permanent closure of their 2777pet account at any time by contacting [email protected] with a written closure request from the registered email address. Closure requests are processed within two business days. Any verified real-money balance remaining in the wallet at the time of closure will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method, subject to the completion of any pending identity verification requirements. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Responsible Gaming Closures

Players who request account closure on responsible gaming grounds — including self-exclusion requests — are processed as an immediate priority. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of a written request being received and confirmed by our responsible gaming team. Platform-Initiated Suspension

Where 2777pet initiates an account suspension due to a suspected breach of these Terms, the player will be notified via their registered email address. If, following investigation, the suspected breach is not substantiated, the account will be reinstated and any real-money balance will be returned in full. If the breach is substantiated, 2777pet will communicate its findings to the player and advise on the outcome, including whether any balance is eligible for return after deducting voided bonuses and associated winnings.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 2777pet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, or third-party acts. 2777pet's total aggregate liability to any single player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 2777pet platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and databases — is the exclusive intellectual property of 2777pet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Players may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any 2777pet platform content without prior written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 2777pet's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration. 2777pet's internal dispute resolution process is initiated by contacting [email protected]. 2777pet aims to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or other authority of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall be construed as if the invalid provision had never been included.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the 2777pet Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the Player and 2777pet with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, representations, or warranties, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
